Over 16 weeks, you’ll build the skills to lead effective teams and manage workflows that achieve your team’s and organisation’s objectives. Learning is project-based and applied: you’ll work on a continuous improvement project in your own workplace, supported by facilitator-led workshops, online learning and live Zoom sessions.
You’ll learn to lead in an effective and ethical way, in accordance with ngā kaupapa o te Tiriti o Waitangi, and in a multicultural environment. At the end of the programme, you’ll present your project and key learnings to your workplace managers.
