Financial Confidence for You and Your Aiga
Service Areas
Mangere
Duration (in weeks)

Tala le Tupe is a FREE financial capability programme designed to support Pacific individuals and families to take control of their money and build a pathway toward financial stability and home ownership. Grounded in talanoa, our approach centres on open, respectful conversations where we listen first and walk alongside you. We recognise that money is not just about numbers — it’s about family, responsibilities, and future aspirations — and we support you to understand your current situation, explore your options, and make confident, informed decisions.

Guided by four key pou — Budgeting, Saving, Managing Debt, and Home & Future Goals — the programme helps you move from managing day-to-day finances to building long-term stability. Whether you’re facing financial pressure, working through debt, or planning ahead, our navigator provides practical, culturally grounded support tailored to you and your aiga. Through flexible one-on-one or household-based support, we focus on simple, real-life actions that empower you to move forward at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.
